There is no doubt that WordPress is one of the best platforms on which to build your business website. After all, 50% of all website owners Worldwide cannot be wrong!
But…WordPress core and plugin files need to be updated frequently. Your site needs to be backed up regularly and to a safe, offsite location. It should also be monitored to ensure it is not infected with malware, that it performs efficiently, and that it doesn’t suffer downtime. Our WordPress Care Plan range takes those concerns away from you so that you can focus on running your business.

In a nutshell website hosting offers a service that allows individuals and organizations to post their websites online. Care is entirely dedicated to ensuring your site runs optimally and protects your websites from threats online in the form of viruses, malware, ransomware, hackers and bots.

Each of our Plans cater for different needs for our clients depending on the type of website and its functionality.

Pro Care Plan
This plan is ideal for small basic websites with no specialized functionality.

Premium Care Plan
Ideal for websites with specialized functions like E-commerce, Small E-learning Platforms.

Enterprise Care Plan
Ideal for eCommerce, Membership, LMS and websites.

When you sign up for one of our website care plans, there is an initial one-month period where we focus on updating and stabilizing your website. This ensures that all core components and plugins are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

When you enroll your website in one of our care plans, we prioritize ensuring that your website’s core components and plugins are up-to-date and running smoothly. This initial one-month period is crucial for us to conduct a thorough assessment and perform any necessary updates to stabilize your site.

During this first month, we will:

  • Update all core components of your website.
  • Ensure all plugins are up-to-date.
  • Monitor the website for any potential issues and address them proactively.

Once this foundational work is completed, you can request changes to your website, knowing that it is operating on a solid and secure platform. This approach helps us provide you with the best possible service and ensures that any changes made will not be hindered by underlying issues.

Remember, even during this initial month, your website will benefit from regular updates and maintenance as per the care plan you choose. After this period, you can request and apply changes to your site with confidence.

Your website will still function without a care plan, however we cannot guarantee its optimum performance, uptime and functionality. The layout of the website may also be affected if the site core and any related plugins are not continuously updated.

If you are not yet on a care plan, then your annual premiums are going towards the renewal of your domain, the hosting of your website and email.

To make running your business online as affordable as possible, we have bundled your care plan with web hosting. In the event that your fees cannot be paid on time, this may cause disruptions in your service in the form of account suspensions. A reconnection fee of R99 will then apply to restore your service and resume the care of your website.

No. Your hosting and domain renewals are bundled into your care plan monthly fee.

If any requests fall outside of the scope of your plan or the time it takes to make the changes you’ve requested is greater than any inclusive improvement time, we’ll raise a quote to let you know the cost of completing such work.

Support is available if you are not on a care plan with requests billed hourly at rate of R450 per hour.

We monitor your website 24/7/365 and manually login to check your website once a week with Standard plans (bi-weekly with Business and Advanced Plans) and apply any plugin, core and theme updates.

We use support tickets in lieu of phone calls. We strive to make sure all communication is documented and extremely clear; we’ve found that this makes it easier for our entire team to know what’s going on with your site.

Tickets can be created by login into your account  dashboard and creating a support request or by sending an email to suppot@allnew.co.za. Communication from other platforms to get clarity on your ticket will be initiated once your ticket has been created.

Our support hours are 8AM – 17 PM , Monday through Friday. Any support tickets submitted during off-hours are immediately attended to during our regular support hours. However, 24/7 support can be negotiated with an Enterprise Service Level Agreement – contact us for more information.

This Covers bug fixes or Website Edits stipulated on your chosen plan. 

Bug Fixes: fixing 

Website Edits: Changing of wording, text, image additions on Existing pages. Any other site additional such as creating new pages or features will be billed separately. 

No. We do not lock you into any contract or hold you to ransom over your website as other services do. You can cancel at any time and have full control of your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel when you choose. However, once a care plan is cancelled, your sites uptime and security cannot be guaranteed as it will no longer be in our care.

Yes, you can. However you need to ensure that your sites core and plugins are up to date as applying site changes will be almost impossible with outdated components. A once off care request can be done for you for R650 before the the changes are applied.
